    This park is a dump. The best and most modern thing about it is the front signage. The shop is open only between 7-8am on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You either have to drive for 30 minutes to get back into town, or for a shorter trip drive to catch a ferry into town, which is $5.50 each way - expensive if you need to buy milk. The boat ramp is almost unusable and is not directly across the road - its a 5 minute walk to a small creek that has rocks with oyster shells on them just beneath the water. The 'caretaker' is a money taker and that is all they do. No rubbish bins. Spider webs throughout the amenities. Check on Wiki-Camps for all the other bad reviews. This was the only campsite we could get on a long weekend and it was empty.

    If you want 5 star, this isn't the place for you. If you want bush camping 3 minutes from the beach with the perks of hot showers, flushing toilets, a pool & clothes washing facilities, you won't be disappointed. My husband & I brought 6 teenage boys for a long weekend & they all had a ball... we will be back.
